Well after 5 happy years of riding my cherished Siena (picture shown in members bikes 1st one), the headtube has cracked across the weld and through 1 inch of the downtube.
I am told it's a reoccurring theme on the integrated headset models!
So I drove 200 miles to my specialist dealer on the South Coast who are sending it back to the USA via Bristol for a replacement headtube under the Lifetime warranty plus a new external headset.
The job is likely to take 3/4 months due to a factory full of similar complaints, with shareholders wanting a cheap solution to the problem.
Watch this space as I will tell you how things go over the busiest months of my cycling calendar, with no wheels and an extending waistline !!!!
