Well after 5 happy years of riding my cherished Siena (picture shown in members bikes 1st one), the headtube has cracked across the weld and through 1 inch of the downtube. Sad
I am told it's a reoccurring theme on the integrated headset models!
So I drove 200 miles to my specialist dealer on the South Coast who are sending it back to the USA via Bristol for a replacement headtube under the Lifetime warranty plus a new external headset.

The job is likely to take 3/4 months due to a factory full of similar complaints, with shareholders wanting a cheap solution to the problem.

Watch this space as I will tell you how things go over the busiest months of my cycling calendar, with no wheels and an extending waistline !!!! Cry

I'm on my second 05 Sienna and have never had a problem. And, I might add, I've been around several Sienna riders of this vintage and have never heard of this happening! So my question is; Where are you hearing this is a common issue with this bike?
